MARE IN FREEDOM
Caring for and walking a noble, lively, and free mare who accompanies her tribe, serene, happy, at ease
Service Description
Being with this majestic animal through mutual listening, thus developing together the necessary trust so that, freely and at its own pace, it allows itself to be touched, groomed, to be close or to go with the flow without any pressure or pain, in the harmony of simply everyone being at ease. She is pure listening, sensitivity, dignity, and courtesy, and she offers you the opportunity to join her gentle magic, her exquisite language, and feel at one with her. The calm, presence, and meditative state that this being together brings forth brings us beautifully to our center and to a connection with nature, the earth, the stars, and the sun that is very deep yet very simple and joyful. Being able to communicate, listen, and convey without words, in silence, is such a great caress, especially in these times that are sometimes so full of noise, that it heals something, reminds us a little more of who we are and the sensitivity we are capable of having and enjoying. Valentía, as she is called, will love to take short walks with you and us, or a long day-long walk with a stop for lunch by a beautiful river pool or another beautiful and welcoming place that we choose together. When children come along, fascinated by everything along the way, don't expect the walk to be very fast... but it will be very enjoyable, wonderful, and enriching. At this leisurely pace, she will be free to graze along the way. If you feel a special connection with any of you, she may offer to let you ride her for a little while as a kind of sacred embrace, to feel together, in communion. Everything, from grooming to walking to riding, after learning the necessary safety measures, because let's not forget that she weighs about 400 kilos and certain things can scare her! With a lot of presence, attention, respect, and listening, you can achieve a very calm and safe exchange... she calls us to the here and now. Bring your baby carriers if you have them, in case any little ones get tired, and if you don't have one, let us know in advance and we will have one ready for you. We can also count on the help of a support vehicle if the return trip becomes too “uphill”... the point is to enjoy ourselves without pushing ourselves too hard. To be the first to know when spots open up for this adventure in communion with Valentía, subscribe to the newsletter or let us know personally. See you soon :)
