On exceptional occasions when the wind, weather, legal requirements, and logistics allow, we may replace this picnic with a barbecue of Iberian meats with buttered roasted potatoes, accompanied by water or wine,
and for dessert, roasted chestnuts and sweet potatoes with walnuts, cream, and honey, cooked over a fire made from pruned branches.

Quality
All products are local, artisanal, organic, Iberian or wild, completely trustworthy and delicious.
Homemade bread made with freshly ground organic cereals and fermented for 12-24 hours on sourdough. Nuts activated and salted in the sun. Iberian ham from pigs in the village next door. Organic cheese and yogurt from goats that graze in the mountains. Oil from wild olives collected and selected one by one on this beautiful farm. Eggs from happy chickens that eat freely under the sun. Unrefined sea salt. Lemon from the lemon trees you will see. The tomatoes, and paté ecological. The marmelade, dried nuts and wild fruit, from here. The nutrient density that indigenous people would choose to eat pure health, medicine.
Sounds and lights
The eagle families that nest here sing ‘i-iiiiii’ from the sky. Bee-eaters, blackbirds, robins and other small birds create a pure, harmonious concert at dawn and dusk. Crickets, cicadas. And at night, tawny owls and other owls will make their magical calls. Little foxes, mongooses, lizards and grass snakes move fallen leaves and branches as they pass by. Roosters and hens in the distance and the occasional neighbour's dog. The breeze or wind whispers in the leaves. If the waterfalls still have water, you will hear them falling deliciously. And beyond that: nothing.
The farm, being so central, in the middle of the forest!, is not only far from any motor or artificial noise, but also far from any light pollution, revealing millions of stars and fireflies... an absolute immersion to be part of nature day and night.
Exclusivity
No crowds. Six hectares for a maximum of 30 people, including children.
This allows us to offer you the best service and quality, and maintain the silence and whisper of the forest, enabling you to enjoy peaceful forest bathing and the best experience you could imagine.
This is one of the few places in the copper forest where you can enjoy yourself without cars or crowds under the chestnut trees, as most of them are on other private estates, most of which are fenced off and not open to the public, leaving only the lanes with cars for your enjoyment. Here you can be among chestnut trees and their colors, walking, lying down, eating, running, without cars and in total safety and tranquility.
Nap
This blessed Spanish tradition. If you have never tried it, we encourage you to try it! Experts say that it is very healthy, very regenerative, calming, and creates a good mood. Whether you choose the hammock that we put at your disposal, or the blanket and pillows on the ground - contact with the earth has incredible properties - you will wake up fresh as a cucumber bathed in all the purity of this forest. During the siesta you regenerate and after it you start the rest of the day fresh again.
Walks
Walks that you can take in the calm of being inside the estate: to the stream, through the olive grove, through the chestnut grove... For now they are not very long, but they are very beautiful. They will increase as we open more and more paths through the great foliage.
Creation
Bring your favorite musical instruments, watercolors, sketchbooks, writing notebooks, camera, diary... It can be a wonderful time to play the guitar, the harmonica, record along with the sounds of the forest, portray some natural wonder, put into words some inspiration or intuition that comes to you on your picnic blanket, hammock or on a walk... either in your privacy and silence or with other inspired artists that you find here and with whom you decide to create together.
Privacy
There are lots of charming secluded spots on the estate where you can spend some time ‘alone’ or in the company of your family, surrounded by nothing but nature to listen to, embrace, explore, observe, smell, taste, touch... peaceful moments that center you, remind you of what is true and alive, and bring you together. They unite us with ourselves, with those we are with, and with all the trees and plants that take root beneath our feet or the animals that make their homes in them or in the earth... being one with everything.
With more friends
Most likely there will arrive on the same day as you exceptional people with whom you will want to share and who will bring you immense joy. There are larger spaces where you can enjoy yourselves or eat together with stories, music, art, nature, and whatever else comes to mind, while the children get to know each other and run and play or join in to create, tell stories, listen, and sing.
Forest bathing, where you are guided by your intuition without a specific route, and picnics make it very easy to choose where to eat, feel, and enjoy, so with that freedom, make the estate your home and paradise.
If it rains
As we are not made of sugar or salt, the rain does not stop us. We will have prepared in advance, so that the ground is as dry as possible when you arrive, some nice tents under which you can enjoy your picnic as well... or in this case with an ingredient that makes it even more special: the magical sound of rain and the smell of the countryside so alive.
Baskets and utensils
We know that you will fall in love with some of the picnic baskets and accessories, all made of natural and noble materials. That is why all the accessories (cutting boards, knife, salt and pepper shakers...) that come in the basket and the basket itself, will be on sale so that you can take them with you and enjoy for longer, and with other loved ones if you give it as a gift, all that this paradise has given you. When you bring the basket back to us after your nap, music or walk, you can buy all the accessories you want in the store - we will wash them and gift wrap them for you if you want too.
Hammocks and blankets
The textiles you like can also go with you and become part of your life.
Let us know in the shop when you return the basket if you would like to take something you have used and we will dismantle it and prepare it for your home or as a gift.
We will also have other textiles available for you to choose from: waterproof blankets for the floor, tablecloths, warm blankets to cover yourself a little, more hammocks, cushions...
And eco-friendly cloth aprons and bags.
