Cancellation Policy

FOR EXPERIENCES THAT DO NOT INCLUDE OVERNIGHT STAYS AT THE ESTATE

Cancellation free of charge up to 8 days before the start of the experience.
 After that, a refund is not guaranteed, but you may be able to use the amount for another date.

In other words, if your experience begins on a Saturday at 11 a.m., if you cancel before 11 a.m. on the previous Saturday, you will receive a full refund, and if you cancel after 11 a.m. on the previous Saturday, a refund is not guaranteed, but you will be able to choose and book another date on which to enjoy the experience.

FOR EXPERIENCES THAT INCLUDE SPENDING THE NIGHT AT THE ESTATE

Up to 8 days before the start of the experience, there is a 33% cancellation fee.
From the seventh day before the start of the cancellation, there is a 50% cancellation fee.
​
In other words, if your experience begins on a Saturday at 6 p.m., if you cancel before 6 p.m. on the previous Saturday, you will receive your refund minus 33%, and if you cancel after 6 p.m. on the previous Saturday, you will receive 50% of your refund.
