Carob is the Mediterranean chocolate, with a flavor that is practically identical but sweeter, so it needs less added sweetness, which here will only be dates, coconut, or another natural, unrefined sweetener. Together we will make some delicious treats that you can eat here or take away to enjoy on the way, or as a gift. We are the only ones in the world, as far as we know, who make carob chocolates, and we are happy to share this delicious Mediterranean flavor with you. Caroblate, as we have called it, arose from the need to create delicious sweet desserts, snacks, and treats for children (and adults) without compromising their dental, bone, and mental health, their mood (the possible ups and downs that sugar can cause), their sleep, or anything else. We wanted them to be nothing but a nutrient bomb that nourishes and does good, that truly makes you stronger and healthier in the short and long term. We present them to you with great joy and hope that health, especially that of the little ones and pregnant women and parents who will gestate and create the next generation, will maintain the optimal and pure state that is its nature.
